For several generations, EUCO industrial knives have added considerable value to your application in recycling or shredding in the processing of primary raw materials - today known as secondary raw materials. We have been manufacturing industrial knives for many years for various applications such as plastics shredding, RDF processing, cable shredding, wood processing in the sawmill or energy sector or for customised processes. Our products, made from the best stainless steels, so-called hot-work tool steels, heat-treatable steels or case-hardening steels, have a worldwide reputation as recognised quality products. These and other reasons convince us to select a suitable steel and suitable processing parameters for various processes, such as single-shaft shredders, twin-shaft shredders & four-shaft shredders, rotor mills, rotor shears, granulators, extruders, pre-shredders and post-shredders, in order to process your input material smoothly and profitably.
Most blades for standard shredding processes are made from high-chromium steels such as 1.2379, 1.2345, 1.2360 or 1.2767. We produce other wear-resistant peripheral parts from HARDOX, heat-treatable steels or case-hardening steels - a suitable steel grade for every application.
The blades are milled, drilled and ground on a variety of different processing machines. When hardening, we use our expertise to achieve a good result. Parameter-controlled, we achieve a homogeneous structure, which is what characterises EUCO industrial knives in the cutting process.
We manufacture suitable industrial knives and wear parts for all common machine types from well-known OEM manufacturers.
